Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Irreversible Nature of Digital Assets

Deen E Maktab (legally operated by Vanshi) specializes exclusively in intangible, highly valuable digital knowledge assets. Due to the intrinsic nature of digital files (PDFs, Videos)—which are easily duplicable, instantly consumable, and cannot be physically "returned" once accessed—traditional retail return policies are logistically and legally impossible to implement.

We enforce a strict, uncompromising No-Refund Policy across all digital products. By completing a purchase on DeenEMaktab.Store, you explicitly consent that all sales of digital products are absolute and final. Once our server provisions your download link, the intellectual property has been irrevocably transferred to your possession.

2. Excluded Grounds for Refunds

We do not issue refunds, partial credits, or exchanges under any of the following subjective or user-error circumstances:

  • Buyer's remorse or subjective dissatisfaction with the pedagogical style.
  • Failure to thoroughly read the provided curriculum outline before purchase.
  • Lack of technical proficiency to navigate standard digital file formats (e.g., MP4, PDF).
  • Failure of the child or parent to actively apply the teachings and complete the video modules.

3. Mentorship Cancellations & Anti-Chargeback Protocol

For the "1-on-1 Tarbiyah Mentorship," cancellations resulting in a refund are strictly prohibited once booked. Rescheduling requires 24 hours' written notice to support@deenemaktab.store.

Any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback will be classified as friendly fraud. We track all IP addresses and timestamped delivery logs and will submit them to your financial institution to contest the dispute. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent ban from Deen E Maktab.
