1. Acceptance of Legal Agreement

This Ed-Tech platform, located at DeenEMaktab.Store, is legally owned, operated, and managed by Vanshi, operating out of GandhiPath West, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, 302016, Rajasthan, India. By accessing our platform or enrolling your child in our digital courses, you ("User," "Parent," "Guardian") voluntarily enter into a legally binding contract to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Household Licensing

All premium digital content—including video masterclasses, PDF workbooks, character animations, and underlying code—is exclusively owned by Vanshi and protected by Indian and International copyright laws.

The Standard License: Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view the material strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use within your own immediate household.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, screen-recording, or sharing these digital files on public forums, WhatsApp groups, or with other families. Unauthorized piracy will result in immediate termination of your vault access without refund and swift legal action.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of jurisdiction located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
